About me
My approach (1).jpg)

In counselling individuals and couples I seek to work without judgement or agenda, acting as a safe and experienced guide for those who want to embark upon their own journey or who feel that they have become stuck or lost on the way.
My experience
I trained at the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust in London and my Post Graduate Diploma is accredited by the University of East London. I have also completed a training in a mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and bring elements of this approach into my work.
As well as running my own private practice, I work as a volunteer counsellor for the charity Listening Post in Cheltenham and I work part-time as an Telephone Counsellor for PPC, a company providing employee assistance programs.
